How payment works

Refunds
Changed your mind? You get a full refund if you cancel before we start work on your project. Once work has started, payment is no longer refundable.
If we run late
We send you progress updates on WhatsApp while we build. If we cannot meet your delivery date because of something on our side, we tell you before the date and give you a new one. On a monthly plan, your next month is free.
Google Play and App Store review times are set by Google and Apple, so we cannot control them. We submit early and keep you updated.
If something goes wrong
We host and maintain your website and apps. If anything stops working, message us on WhatsApp and our team fixes it.
